Raj Pumps foundry specialises in CI, stainless steel, and gunmetal etc. It is equipped with induction Furnace and coupla, pneumatic moulding machines, shell moulding and uses lost wax casting technique. Lost-wax casting is the process by which a duplicate metal sculpture is cast from an original sculpture. Intricate works can be achieved by this method creating smooth surfaces.
The role of the pump test is to verify the operating and performance data, to check functional reliability and to identify ways of improving and advancing products (research and development). While developing pumps, the finished products are made essential to experiment a test as an evidence of compliance with the guaranteed values. Our Pump testing Bed measures and assesses the operating behaviour of pumps. The following quantities that can be determined are: flow rate, torque, head, power input, speed, drive rating and where applicable,temperatures.
